Junction Glen Civil Design is a small, specialised team that brings together expertise in civil engineering, drafting, and project coordination. We support every stage of land development and infrastructure projects – from concept through to construction documentation.
Each team member plays a vital role in ensuring that our designs are practical, compliant and clearly communicated.
Casey Bell
Director / Principal Designer
Casey leads Junction Glen Civil Design and provides strategic oversight across all projects. With a background in complex subdivision and infrastructure design, Casey manages key client relationships and ensures our work meets the highest quality standards.

Minh Tran
Senior Civil Designer
Minh develops concept and detailed designs for subdivisions, roads, and stormwater systems. She works closely with survey and environmental teams to ensure compliance and technical accuracy. Minh also manages the Riverview Estate project.

Priya Reddy
Design Draftsperson
Priya prepares detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. She manages drawing files, applies our internal style guide, and ensures all plans are suitable for council lodgement and on-site construction.

Civil Engineering Draftsperson
You support the team by preparing models, sections, and drawing sheets for civil infrastructure projects. Working under supervision, you apply drawing standards and assist with revisions and documentation.

Luca Ferraro
Junior Draftsperson
Luca assists with base files, redline updates and drawing revisions. Currently completing a Certificate IV in Civil Construction Design, Luca supports Priya and the rest of the drafting team with day-to-day drawing tasks.

Talia Jensen
Project Administrator
Talia coordinates our project timelines, document control and lodgement processes. She supports the team by preparing submission packs, updating issue registers and assisting with reporting.

Eleana Smith
Junior Draftsperson
Eleana is a junior draftsperson at Junction Glen Civil Design. She recently joined the team after completing her diploma and is building her skills in civil construction design. Eleana works under the guidance of Minh Tran, Senior Civil Designer, who mentors her on technical drafting practices, applying Australian Standards and following company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assists with preparing and checking 2D and 3D CAD drawings for subdivision layouts, drainage networks and road designs
- Supports the project team by keeping drawing files organised and up to date in line with company templates
- Contributes to project meetings by providing updated drawings and recording minor mark-ups for revision
Alex Barty
Engineering Intern
Alex is completing an engineering internship with Junction Glen Civil Design as part of his university studies. He is in his final year of a civil engineering degree and joined the JGCD team to gain hands-on industry experience. Alex works closely with Minh Tran, Senior Civil Designer, and supports a range of project activities under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assists with basic drafting tasks and updates to CAD drawings under the direction of senior staff
- Helps with data entry, file management and checking survey information for accuracy
- Observes design workflows and learns how technical standards, such as AS 1100 and NCC 2022 requirements, are applied in practice
- Prepares simple calculations for drainage, slopes and load estimates, which are then verified by senior designers
- Participates in project team meetings to understand how design decisions are made and recorded
- Contributes to quality control by following JGCD’s templates and naming conventions when handling files
Emma Reuben
Senior Design Technician
Emma has six years of experience in civil drafting and was recently promoted to Senior Design Technician at Junction Glen Civil Design. In this role, she produces detailed drawings and reviews designs while also coordinating a small drafting team. Emma supports the Riverbend Industrial Precinct project by leading drafting workflows, assigning tasks, and checking outputs against JGCD’s QA procedures and AS 1100 drawing standards.

- Coordinating and mentoring drafting team members
- Reviewing drawings for compliance with council, Austroads and Australian Standards
- Producing and checking drawings in Civil 3D
- Ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to JGCD’s quality standards
